She was fine at the family home but started whinging the second she came in the door, slept fine but whined all morning, I know for sure nothing happened at home so I don't know why she seemed so scared. I asked her last night what was wrong hoping she would in some way communicate to me exactly what is upsetting her - no luck yet! But I'm trying to be patient! My sister is bringing her to the pet clinic tonight, just to see if they can help in any way! I'll let ye all know what comes outta that one! x

Bugger again!
@ 25.07.2007 – 19:57:53
Anyone know much about pcs? I'm trying to copy a few dvds with dvd shrink, I've no problem with that it's when I'm burning the ones from region 4 that I get stuck, I'm trying to decode them and set them to all regions or region 2 but I don't have software for it! I only have two changes left with the dvd hardware and I can't find anything online that'll let me change and burn! I need to burn them onto dvds so they're watchable on a dvd player with a tv, anyone know what I could do or have any software??

Oh Bugger!
@ 25.07.2007 – 16:15:22
What happens when you click "Report as inappropriate" on someone's profile? I think I did it by an accident, I double clicked something but it only needed one click and I accidentally clicked tht button, oh no, I'm sorry, I won't say who it was in case nothing comes of it and I'm making a big deal over nothing.
Tht usually happens to me, but if, unfortunately it did happen and something goes wrong, will you please pm me Lindow? Damn, sorry!

Poor dog
@ 24.07.2007 – 15:14:26
Anyone good with animals?
My dog is upset over something, for the last few days she's been whimpering and almost crying while walking around the house. Nothing traumatic has happened lately(or ever for that matter) but whenever someone leaves the house or returns to the house she just gets upset and whimpers for a while, even if she's sitting beside them! She has a little squeaky welly toy that she wont leave anywhere, she won't take it out of her mouth unless to eat food or go for a walk and this is not like her at all! I'm worried about her, it looks like she's having anxiety attacks, she has very strange looking dreams, she figgits a lot more than usual.
Does anyone know what could be wrong with her or whats upsetting her?

I need friends!
@ 20.07.2007 – 16:19:40
I need more friends, its difficult looking through blogs trying to find people who have a similar way of blogging as me (although the ones I have found are perfect so far!), people who have similar interests and a similar way of thinking, just to get opinions on random things!

Best of Silliness
@ 20.07.2007 – 14:14:25
Ok so its time for a bit of humour on my page.
For the last two weeks I have been dangerously bored in work and all I can think to do is look up interesting and silly things. So, below is a list of the best 10 sillinesses (new word for the dictionary) I've found, hope it makes you smile xxx
1.“Some people are like Slinkies - not really good for anything, but you still can't help but smile when you see one tumble down the stairs.”
2.“Every time I go and shave, I assume there's someone else on the planet shaving. So I say, 'I'm gonna go shave, too.'”
3.“I like vending machines, because snacks are better when they fall. If I buy a candy bar at the store, oftentimes I will drop it so that is achieves its maximum flavor potential.”
4."I'm never wrong. I once thought I was wrong, turns out, I was mistaken."
5."I've used up all my sick days so tomorrow I'm calling in dead!"
6." Microsoft: "You've got questions. We've got dancing paperclips."
7."I would love to change the world, but they won't give me the source code."
8."There is no such thing as a stupid question, just stupid people who ask questions."
9."I am lost. I have gone to find myself, if I should return before I get back, please ask me to wait." (Personal favourite!)
10."On the other hand, you have different fingers."

Dreams
@ 20.07.2007 – 10:08:18
I love dreams, I remember all of them every morning and am puzzled by them. I have a handful of dream interpreting books and every morning my head is stuck into them. I fall asleep at night wondering what I'm going to dream about, thinking about stuff I'd like to dream about. It's my little world where NO ONE can enter, its amazing! I drive everyone crazy in the morning, all you hear from me is "Oh, I had the weirdest dream last night...". Its fun. Actually I want to set up a blog just for dreams but I don't want to set up a Pro Account so I think I'll produce a new profile, hope you don't mind if I add you as friends on that, that way you can hear my annoying "Oh, I had the weirdest dream last night..." sentence every morning too!
Here's one to start...i had a dream I was at Oxegen (Irish music camping festival) and I was Princess Leia. My tent was robbed (everything was in it but my wallet so I presumed it was robbed) and ended up sleeping in em, whats his name from Star Wars, the black guy who takes Luke and them onto his planet for repairs and then must betray them for Darth Vader, his tent. I don't actually remember doing it but in my dream I slept with him. It was quite interesting.
Now yesterday, I found something highly interesting. I never heard about it in full detail before...Lucid Dreaming...can you imagine being able to be somewhat conscious and aware of whats going on in a dream? Can you imagine being able to control what you do in your dreams? I'm trying to find books on it but most places have to order it from America and it ends up costing a bomb, I think I'll just have to buy it online.
Anyone else remember dreams almost perfectly? Or can maybe interpret them like tealeaves at the bottom of your cup? (remember that?)

Pointless Blogs
@ 13.07.2007 – 10:54:50
Ok, i have to ask, why do some people waste blog space? i dont mind it when they write stuff they're thinking about or doing or plan to do or just some random stuff out of their heads but whats the idea around blogging about what new batteries are on the market or different ways to write with a pen, i've seen loads of pointless blogs the information on them is totally useless to people and there's no feeling in them, like copy & paste from www.dull&boring.com you know? anyone know why people do it? or am i totally missing the point of them?

Independence
@ 01.07.2007 – 14:26:11
Has anyone reached full independence yet? While being in a relationship? I've experienced pure dependency on my other half whilst being in a relationship and it's something I never want to go back to. I've been single for the last year and a half and have never enjoyed my independence more, I'm terrified of getting into a relationship and losing it because Im not strong enough to separate my life from my partners. I don't want to hold them at a distance I just want to keep everything else in my life going and not make the person the focus of my life, it gets boring and draining after a while and you lose contact with the rest of the world! has anyone achieved this yet?
I'm actually a bit curious as to how I would act in the situation now that I'm older, more mature and more independent. That's the thing about love, it makes people do crazy things and act in ways they never thought they would have, it's so easy to ignore people and cut people out of your life when you feel you are devoted to someone, when you forget everything and can only think of them! I hate that feeling, I hate seeing people in that situation but no matter how much you tell them, they wont see it til afterwards and unfortunately it could be too late.
I'm talking more rubbish now but if you understand what I'm trying to explain please leave a comment with your views x
